Talon Metals Announces CEO Resignation

Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (Nov 16, 2007) – Talon Metals Corp., formerly BrazMin Corp., (“Talon” or the “Company”) (TSX: TLO) today announced that Dr. Fiona C. Childe, President & CEO has resigned from the Company and as a member of the Board of Directors.

“We would like to thank Fiona for her contribution and we wish her all the best in her future endeavours,” said Ms. Sandra Cowan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Talon.

Effective immediately, Mr. Stuart Comline will assume the position as interim President & CEO of Talon, while a search for a permanent replacement is underway. Mr. Comline is currently a Director of Talon and has 35 years of experience in the exploration and mining industry. He spent 20 years with JCI Limited in a number of senior managerial positions including General Manager, Exploration, responsible for all exploration activities and geology. Mr. Comline is a past Chairman and President of AfriOre Limited, a TSX-listed mining company which was sold to Lonmin plc for CDN$500 million in 2007.
